Solutions to make initiatives and organisations for social innovation more economically sustainable
We develop studies of feasibility and business plans /sustainaibility plans for Social Innovation initiatives, non-for-profit organisations and social enterprises. We support the identification of economically sustainable elements through the integration of different and innovative revenue streams and we identify opportunities for collaboration between nonprofit and for profit agencies. Our approach takes into consideration the long term sustainability of the projects, and, consequently, it informs our choice when it comes between the development of new organizations and social enterprises or the adoption of the project on behalf of organizations already in place. Our interactive approach involves project leaders, the organisations and their potential clients, especially to define Business models / Sustainability model.
We participate in the CampUS project, financed by the Fondazione Politecnico di Milano through the Polisocial Award 2013-2014, a research program that promotes a virtuous relationship between the spaces and competencies present on university campuses and in a territorial context in which they insert themselves. We lectured on these topics and on crowdfunding and fundraising, for example at ISPI (Italian Institute for International Political Studies) and in several Masters and Business Schools.
