The project “Green Paths for Green Careers” aims to give young people who want to build a greener future the opportunity to join an international mobility experience, meet peers from other European countries, and explore various sustainable career opportunities.
An international youth exchange organized by the association RISK in Poland will bring together 40 participants from 5 European countries: Poland, Italy, Ireland, Romania, and Turkey.
Through interactive activities, workshops, and exchange sessions, participants will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of climate change and discover what “green jobs” are: careers with a sustainable environmental impact.
In addition, group members will be able to develop professional skills for their future and engage with young people from different cultural backgrounds.
The project aims to raise awareness among young people about environmental challenges and their impact on the world of work, promoting sustainable careers and future opportunities. Participants will also develop key soft skills such as communication, creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving.
The exchange will take place from May 27 to June 2 at Camping Tramp, located in Wolin National Park, Poland. Participants will stay in a nature-based village, in wooden houses, with all activities and meals organized on site.
