From waste to product: the Circular Economy in your company.
CREATING NEW VALUE FROM WASTE.
Krill Design is the Milan-based start-up that develops Circular Economy projects to transform mainly organic waste into bioplastic, with which it conceives and creates functional objects for the internal needs of the company that generates the waste, managing all the stages of the process: from design to product.
Any homogeneous waste (orange peels, coffee grounds, nut shells, etc.) can be transformed into a new raw material: a natural and biodegradable biopolymer, an alternative to petrochemical plastics and suitable for use in 3D printing technologies.
The use of 3D printing makes it possible to conceive and create unique shapes, freeing the creativity of designers and producing on demand and close to the customer, eliminating the impact of logistics and transport.
Industry 4.0 at the service of the environment and companies, combining sustainability, creativity and technology.
