Palingen Social Regeneration is a tailoring workshop in Naples with the goal of giving a second chance to people in vulnerable situations, primarily women, and of recovering fabrics and garments that would otherwise be discarded.
Palingen’s mission is to promote the inclusion of individuals in conditions of social marginalization and job insecurity by creating opportunities for professional training, stable employment, and professional growth.
With this in mind, two tailoring workshops have been opened in Naples: one inside the Pozzuoli Women’s Correctional Facility and one outside, in the city of Naples.
