Pink & Green promotes women-led sustainable entrepreneurship among young women, reducing structural barriers and connecting talent with real opportunities in the green economy across Spain, Italy and Malta. It delivers a comprehensive programme combining specialised training, individual mentorship and hands-on experiences with women-led businesses.
The project supports 45 young women aged 18 to 30 in developing entrepreneurial ideas within the green and social economy. Its approach combines theoretical learning, personalised mentoring and practical experiences, fostering both individual growth and international collaboration.
The programme unfolds in three main phases. The first phase consists of an online training pathway covering key topics such as sustainable and circular business models, social impact, green innovation and inclusive leadership. This phase provides participants with the knowledge and tools needed to shape their ideas.
The second phase focuses on individual mentoring. Participants receive tailored guidance from experienced professionals to refine their business concepts, strengthen feasibility and develop strategic thinking, while also collaborating in teams.
The third phase offers hands-on experiences through study visits in Italy, Spain and Malta. Participants engage with women-led businesses, gaining practical insights and building European networks.
The programme concludes with ecosystem events where participants present their ideas to stakeholders and potential partners.
Through Pink & Green, 45 young women strengthen their skills and leadership, while networking events and open-access resources expand its impact across the European ecosystem.
