Studies and training to improve the results of cooperation projects
International Cooperation can be mainly based on projects. These projects can be challenging, especially because of the context, of the several stakeholders, of the kind of organizations and beneficiaries involved. Improving the strength and the efficiency of these projects is therefore essential. For this reason, we started a series of research projects and studies on the topic and we keep on investing in this direction.
We published the results of our studies on the topic in the best international scientific journals and we translated into Italian the guide published by PM4NGOs, a non-profit organization whose aim is the spread of a professional standard for project management in the international cooperation for development. The guide addresses the entire life cycle of the project and the corresponding management principles, offering an overview of techniques and tools specific to the projects in the international cooperation world.
